su novena edici\u00f3n celebrada en abril de 2019 logr\u00f3 reunir a m\u00e1s de 16,000 visitantes de 143 pa\u00edses, donde se ofrece la oportunidad de realizar valiosas relaciones comerciales entre With each license, each employee receives full and unlimited access to more than 300 micro-learning courses taught by top experts of the business world, who instead of teaching in the theorical and traditional ways, teach by sharing their own experiences in the business world. By the other side, Human Resources VPs and managers get the capability of creating learning paths and plans in a very easy way, monitoring the learning behaviors of their employees and helping them thrive in their career paths.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our courses are named BITS (the smallest digital storage unit) and as their name suggests, they consist in small units of knowledge that aim to solve problems employees have in their daily jobs, affecting their productivity and their capability of adding value to their organizations. Each BIT consists of short videos (3 to 5 minutes each), cases, activities and interactive presentations, and gives automatic certificates to each student after completing each course. Each student gets automatic recommendations for his learning paths, based on AI, corporate and demographic information.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>UBITS has already more than 80 corporate clients all through Latin America and more than 40 thousand active students in its platform. Last year we raised our seed investing round for 2 million USD with investors from the US and Mexico, including LinkedIn executives.
